Many people have asked, “Who is 911 Sanitizing Services?”
Some residents and business owners are asking if this is a service that the fire department provides?
Others are asking if this is just someone trying to take advantage of us during the pandemic.
My name is Alex Sandoval, and I am the owner and operator of 911 Sanitizing. I am also a 24-year
firefighter that is passionate about helping people.
911 Sanitizing is not a service that is being offered by the fire department. I chose the name because 911
and the fire department maltase symbol both signify someone you can call and trust when in need. That
is how I want my customers to feel.
As the owner of the company, I want the public to feel like they can trust us in their home or business
with the best products and receive the best service at an affordable price. We have researched our
products to make sure they are not harmful to humans, pets, or the environment. I also try extremely
hard to have the most affordable service in the valley. We are not trying to take advantage of the public
during this pandemic. We want to build a trusting relationship with customers and the public that is
going to past the current crisis. We have a no pressure environment. If you need and want our service,
great! If you just want information or advice, I would be more then happy to talk to you.
We understand that most businesses and the public are having tough times and cannot afford our
service. 911 sanitizing is committed to going the extra mile to help! We have already offered our
services for free to many people. This is a business so I can only offer free service twice a month to
someone that truly needs it and cannot afford it. If you know a business or family that is struggling and
